Simbiosi restaurant was founded in 2017 with the aim of bringing to Florence a cuisine that celebrates seasonality and the quality of raw ingredients, through a contemporary and refined menu, set in a unique and refined setting.
Simbiosi has a clear vision and is built through attention to every detail: the atmosphere, the welcome, the selection of products, and a wine list with over 400 certified organic labels contribute to creating an experience designed to be unique for each diner.
